“This neck hammock has been working wonderfully for me! My physical therapist made a hammock for me out of an old towel, and this neck hammock works the same way. It is made of very sturdy nylon on one side so you can hang it in your doorway. The hammock itself is well-cushioned and comfortable. It wraps comfortably around your neck and cradles it well. The key to get the proper traction is to lay down flat on the floor, and make sure your head is floating 2 to 4 inches off the floor. Lay in it comfortably for 15-20 minutes a day, and relax your neck. It will stretch and create traction in your neck gently. My one piece of advice is to set a timer...because this device is so comfortable, that you will fall asleep. Great neck traction device to alleviation cervical disc pain on a daily basis!”

“Super easy to put together and use, my son has been having neck issues for a long time to include visiting a chiropractor for a while. He said it was like his head was floating and he could pull on it with control and feel a lot of tension relief. It’s a great price to have at home to use any find your feeling neck tension or pain!”
“My husband tried it out and he immediately felt the tension on his neck and his back relieved. He said, there was like an instant pull/stretch going down from his neck to his back and it felt SO GOOD!!!! He stayed down on the floor for so long, it felt so good that he said he can fall asleep there! LOL. I would recommend for anyone to try it out if you have a neck and back problem.”

“Not sure I never came across these before! It's the best one ever! I have tried others and even used a towel at times, but these are just an upgrade of it all! The ear cuts make all the difference. It's my new best toy and I do anywhere from 5-10 minutes every night and I would even say I sleep better! A definite must!!”
“I bought this after my number of chiropractic visits was reached and I could no longer receive cervical traction in their office. This really helps reduce the tension in my neck and shoulders and reduces the pressure build up at the bottom of my skull. I usually do about 7 minutes which is what they did at the chiropractor’s office. However, you do need to find a doorway that has the “middle hinge” and one with enough space for you to lie down.”
“I've had chronic neck pain for years. I recently started using this head hammock and so far it has been wonderful. I'm using it twice a day for 10 mins. First day I used it, I felt 3 inches taller, and I could actually turn my head to the right for a change. Pain levels are lower overall with regular use. Mobility way better. Tension overall is much better too.”
